  1. Little Diva Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Little Diva. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you have a positive experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Window:

  1. You have 3 days to return an item from the date you received it.

Refund Process:

  1.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2.  We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  3.  If your return is approved, we will issue you a coupon code equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item.
  4. The coupon code will be sent to you via email and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Partial Refunds:

  1. Items with obvious signs of use
  2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  3. Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

Exchanges :

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at  info@littlediva.in .

Shipping :

Return Shipping Costs:

  1.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2.   If you receive a coupon code, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount.

Shipping for Exchanges:

  1.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
